Dance w/ Me (Parent/Child): This class is designed for boys & girls, ages 1.5-3 years old.  This class is a 30 minute creative movement class for the child that is not yet ready for a class on their own. 


Dance & Acrobatics Combo: This 45 minute class is specially designed for children ages 2.5-4. Overall emphasis is placed on having fun while learning coordination, balance, rhythm, and musical expression. Students will be exposed to multiple dance and music styles. This class frequently incorporates the use of props such as ribbon streamers, balls, scarves, rhythm sticks, etc..  Students will be exposed to dance and acrobatics.


Princess Dance: This class is for the little girl who dreams about being a princess.  Each class is 1 hr. This class includes a 30 minute creative movement class followed by  princess story time, princess dress up, and princess arts & crafts. Ages 3-5

 

Ballet/Tap Combo: This is a 45 Minute combination class for the younger student including beginner ballet/tap technique. Ages 4-6

 

Ballet/Tap I: This is a 1 hr. combination class including ballet and tap technique.  Basic rhythm and tap choreography, as well as the foundations of ballet, will be taught. Ages 5 & Up

 

Ballet/Tap II: This is a 1 hr. combination class including more advanced ballet and tap technique. 

 

Ballet/Tap III: This is a 1 hr. class for the advanced student.  Students will learn ballet fundamentals and terminology while developing strength, confidence, balance, and flexibility.  This technique class will focus on faster and more intricate footwork.  The dancer at this level will develop speed, clarity, dynamics, and the ability to execute to complex rhythmic combinations.  

 

Jazz I: This is a 45 minute class that teaches basic jazz dance technique, terminology and movement quality with an emphasis on proper execution of jazz isolations, rhythms and style. Ages 5 & Up

Jazz II:  This is a 45 minute class that teaches more advanced jazz dance technique, terminology and movement quality with an emphasis on proper execution of jazz isolations, rhythms and style.

 

Jazz III: This is a 45 minute class for the advanced student.  Jazz dance technique, terminology and movement quality with an emphasis on proper execution of jazz isolations, rhythms and style. 

 

Adult Contemporary Jazz:  No previous experience is required.  Students will learn Jazz dance technique, terminology and movement quality with an emphasis on proper execution of jazz isolations, rhythms and style with a blend of elements of Lyrical and Modern dance, such as freedom of expression, interpretation of music, principles of fall and recovery, control, breathing and balance. Ages 18 & Up 


Beginner Hip Hop : This 45 minute upbeat class introduces young dancers to jazz and hip hop fundamentals and uses age-appropriate and non-suggestive music/movements. This class teaches rhythm, musicality, & coordination. This is an excellent class for high-energy kids who want to take a fast and fun dance class. Ages 5-7

 

Intermediate Hip Hop: This 45 minute class teaches more advanced rhythm, musicality, coordination, and age-appropriate hip hop choreography.

 

Advanced Hip Hop: This 45 minute class is for the advanced student. It teaches rhythm, coordination, musicality, and hip hop choreography.  Students are challenged to think on their feet while enjoying an energetic and fast-paced dance class.  Our Hip Hop dancers develop focus, strength, and agility while having fun.

 

Adult Hip Hop: This 45 minute calorie burning class will show you the hottest dance trends.  Each move will be broken down to create the ultimate Hip Hop routine.  Students are challenged to think on their feet while enjoying an energetic and fast-paced class.  Our Hip Hop dancers develop focus, strength, and agility while having fun. Age 18 & Over

 

Lyrical: This 45 minute class will blend elements of Lyrical and Modern dance, such as freedom of expression, interpretation of music, principles of fall and recovery, control, breathing and balance.

 

Intro to Acrobatics/ Acrobatics I: This 1 hr. acrobatic class consist of warm-ups, balance work and tumbling skills. This class is designed to give young students an opportunity to explore new physical abilities in a safe and controlled environment. Students will learn basic coordination skills while developing strength and flexibility. Students will be introduced to beginner skills such as tripods, headstands, forward rolls, backward rolls, bridges, backbends, and kick-overs . Ages 4-7

 

Acrobatics II: This 1 hr. acrobatic class consist of warm-ups, balance work and tumbling skills. This class is designed to give students an opportunity to explore new physical abilities in a safe and controlled environment. Students will learn basic coordination skills while developing strength and flexibility. Students will be introduced to handstands, chest rolls, limbers, front walkovers and back walkovers. Ages 8+ 

 

Acrobatics III: This 1.5 hr. acrobatic class consist of warm-ups, balance work and tumbling skills. This class is designed for the more advanced student.  Students will learn basic coordination skills while developing strength and flexibility. Students will be introduced to more advanced skills such as front & back handsprings.

 

Acrobatics IV: This 3 hr. acrobatic class consist of warm-ups, balance work and tumbling skills. This class is designed for the advanced student. Students will learn basic coordination skills while developing strength and flexibility. Students will be introduced to  advanced skills such as front & back tucks.

 

Stretch & Tone: No previous experience is required, the emphasis of the class is on fitness.   Classes help to improve flexibility, posture, strength and core stability, and to lengthen muscles. Stretch & Tone is a fun, hardcore workout that totally conditions the body. Age 18 & Over

 

Adult Tap: No previous tap experience is required, appropriate for beginners and students with previous tap experience.   Age 18 & Over

Ballet Technique:  This 60-105 minute class focuses on overall body alignment and awareness with emphasis on proper usage of feet and legs and execution of turnout. Carriage and usage of upper torso and arms are also stressed. Traditional barre work, center work and combinations are included in all classes. 


Pointe/ Pre Pointe:  This 45 minute class focuses on overall body alignment and awareness with emphasis on proper usage of feet and legs and execution of turnout. Carriage and usage of upper torso and arms are also stressed. Traditional barre work, center work and combinations are included in all classes. 


Stretch & Condition: Want to increase your flexibility and gain strength?  Then this is an ideal class for you.  This class will benefit students that take any other discipline as it will help students develop flexibility and build their core strength.  It is strongly recommended for all competitive dance students. Ages 7+


Turns, Leaps, and Jumps: From the simple to the complex-come learn to do the "tricks" of dance. This class is a must for any dancer wishing to advance up in level placement, and a great class to pair with our Stretch & Condition. For the Intermediate and Advanced Dancer 


Private/Semi-Private Lessons: Private dance lessons for children and adults who wish to intensify their study of dance. Ages 5 & up
